In this role, I am responsible for overseeing the general running operations of the company and contribution towards business growth in Eastern Uganda.
• I ensure that daily business operations are running smoothly across all branches by coordinating with the different branch heads.
• I manage relationships with current and potential clients through handling customer’s complaints. This enables company’s acceptability, retention and attraction of customers which sustains good customer base and decision making for the company.
• Provide support to clients in decision making on choices of service packages that suit their finances and interact with them in the field to get feedback and hence resolving any complaints that could have come up during service delivery.
• Asset management and maintenance is key in this role since these assets are primarily the base of service provision to our customers. In this way, we reduce on the costs of repair.

• Organize meetings with staff to address any challenges arising in the flow of work and also plan adequately for better service provision.
• I also ensure that overdue balances from clients are collected to zero since service has already been offered and completed.
• I compile reports and give feedback on customer service through monthly meetings across branches. This leads to efficiency and quality in customer service.
