Minimum Requirements:
● Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field
● Minimum 4 years’ experience in Sales or Retail Operations (FMCG preferred)
● Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and decision-making ability
● Excellent communication and organizational skills
● Results-driven with strong execution capability
