Our client is seeking a reliable and experienced Petrol Station Supervisor to oversee daily forecourt and shop operations, ensuring smooth service delivery, proper stock management, and effective staff supervision.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily petrol station and convenience shop operations
Manage fuel and shop stock levels, including monitoring deliveries and usage
Conduct daily reconciliations and prepare operational reports
Supervise station staff, coordinate shift handovers, and ensure adherence to procedures
Maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with safety and operational guidelines

Requirements
Previous experience in a similar supervisory role at a petrol station or retail environment
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated integrity and accountability
