Job Title: Office Administrator
A reputable Human Resource Consultancy Firm is seeking a smart, organized, and professional Office Administrator to support daily office operations.
Work Station: Kikaya, Bahai Road, Kampala
Key Responsibilities:
Organizing and maintaining office operations and administrative systems
Attending to company phone calls and responding professionally
Welcoming and assisting walk-in clients and visitors
Managing office records, correspondence, and basic computer-based tasks
Minimum Requirements:
A Diploma in a relevant field
Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
Computer savvy with good knowledge of office applications
Smart, presentable, and well-organized
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
MONTHLY REMUNERATION: Ugx 500,000, Lunch, Airtime
