VACANCY: OPERATIONS MANAGER

Rizona Gardens & Restaurant – Seeta

Rizona Gardens & Restaurant is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Operations Manager to oversee the general operations of the premises and drive business growth.

The successful candidate will oversee restaurant operations, catering services, venue hire and recreational services, while actively driving sales, marketing, customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the gardens and restaurant.
Drive sales, marketing and business development.
Grow catering and outside catering services.
Drive venue bookings for weddings, parties, corporate events and other functions.
Oversee recreational services and customer experience.
Manage staff and ensure high service standards.
Build and maintain relationships with customers and corporate clients.
Develop initiatives to increase bookings, customer traffic and revenue.
Monitor operational costs, stock and overall performance.

Ideal Candidate
A dynamic hospitality professional with proven experience in operations, sales, marketing, customer service and team management, preferably within restaurants, events, catering, gardens or similar hospitality businesses. Residents of Seeta and nearby areas are especially encouraged to apply

💰 Salary: UGX 500,000 + Commission
